Refund and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Victory Place Coaching. Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy before purchasing a digital product, course, or coaching service.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & COURSES

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access that may be provided following purchase, all sales of digital products, downloadable materials, and digital courses are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where a different refund policy is expressly stated for a particular offer or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Please review the description of a product or course carefully before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing something you purchased, please contact victoryplacecoaching@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to help resolve legitimate access problems.

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

Individual coaching sessions may be canceled or rescheduled by providing at least 48 hours' notice, unless different terms are provided for the particular coaching program you purchased.

Sessions canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments or “no-shows,” may be considered used and are generally non-refundable.

Victory Place Coaching may make reasonable exceptions in extenuating circumstances at its discretion.

If Victory Place Coaching needs to cancel an individual coaching session, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the session.

GROUP COACHING

Because group coaching sessions are scheduled for multiple participants, missed group sessions generally cannot be individually rescheduled, credited, or refunded.

Any additional cancellation or refund terms applicable to a particular group coaching program will be disclosed in the applicable program description, checkout page, or coaching agreement.

COACHING PACKAGES & PROGRAMS

Some coaching programs may include multiple sessions, educational materials, group sessions, or other services.

The specific cancellation and refund terms disclosed when you purchase a particular program will apply to that purchase.

If a coaching program is offered through a payment plan, choosing the payment plan does not convert the program into a month-to-month subscription unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unless the applicable offer states otherwise, agreeing to a payment plan means you are agreeing to pay the total program price according to the stated payment schedule.

Stopping participation in a program does not automatically cancel an outstanding payment obligation.
